Had a single room with 2 big windows and wake-up service was available in it. The staff was really helpful all the time.

Incredible location and very friendly staff were a definite plus. The bed was comfortable, the room was good-sized and brand-new.

Everything was great during 13 days, enjoyed its particularly good location adjacent to different train lines as well as subway and Ginza metro line. The room was modern and fashionable, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. The staff was exceptionally nice and excellent all the time.

We had a fantastic stay at Emit Ueno. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to both Ueno and Inaricho stations. It made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city. The hotel itself was sparkling clean, and the staff were friendly and English speaking, which was a huge plus. We were impressed with the self-service check-in and check-out machines, making the process super fast. Our room had a big and comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for two people. we highly recommend staying at Emit Ueno for its great location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

the value for money is incredible. With its reasonable prices, it offers exceptional service and attention to detail. Secondly, the location is unbeatable, situated on a major street and conveniently close to the station and various convenience stores. And lastly, the rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including comfortable beds and great views through the two big windows.

A minor issue with the room size, but overall, everything was just fine.

The location of Emit Ueno is fantastic, just a short walk from Ueno Station. The breakfast options were impressive, especially the delicious chicken pho and hian chicken plate. The room size was comfortable for one person, and the open air bath was a delightful surprise. The hotel also provided an auto-boiler for making hot drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, food, and amenities.

Clean hotel with exceptionally nice stuff and incredible location really close to 3 convenient stores, Also near ueno park, and subway to reach pretty much all other places in Tokyo.
